  • Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
    While walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance to secure your preferred date and time for parasailing.
  • Is parasailing suitable for people with medical conditions?

  • What if I'm afraid of heights?

  • Can I bring a camera?
    Yes, you're welcome to bring a waterproof camera or GoPro to capture the breathtaking views during your parasailing adventure. However, please ensure that your camera is securely attached to you to prevent any accidental drops.
  • What if I change my mind?
    If you change your mind before your parasailing session begins, please inform our staff, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the session has started, refunds may not be possible. Communication is key, so please don't hesitate to let us know your concerns or preferences.
  • How do you take off and land?
    Participants take off and land directly from the boat's flight deck. The boat's speed gradually lifts the parasailers into the air during takeoff, and they are safely reeled back onto the boat during landing.
  • How am I secured to the parachute?
    Participants are securely harnessed to the parasail's tow rope, which is attached to the parasail canopy. The harness is designed to provide a comfortable and secure fit during the flight.
  • Do I have to get wet?
    While some participants may choose to take a dip in the water during landing, getting wet is optional. Our crew will ensure a smooth landing experience based on your preferences.
  • Should I tip the crew?
    Tipping the crew is not required but greatly appreciated. If you feel that the crew provided exceptional service and made your experience enjoyable, a tip is a nice gesture to show your gratitude.
  • What should I wear/ bring?
    We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a camera to capture the memories. If you plan to take a dip in the water, a swimsuit and towel are also recommended.
